## Competency

## Interview evidence

A reviewable candidate response or transcript passage connected to a job-related question or evaluation criterion.

## Evidence-based evaluation

## Evaluation rubric

## Transcript evidence

Also called: evidence anchor, transcript passage.

## Risk signal

A finding that directs a reviewer to examine specific evidence or uncertainty. It is not an automatic employment decision.

Also called: red flag, review flag.

## Candidate comparison

A review view that places candidate evidence and evaluation findings against the same role criteria.

Also called: side-by-side comparison, shortlist comparison.

## Human oversight
